What Negotiation?

Negotiation refers to the process of reasonably communicating with others, in order to come to a relevant conclusion that satisfies both the communicators’ requirements. Negotiation can often get tricky, as the communicator needs to ensure that they are presenting the right facts, and be convincing enough. At the same time, they cannot be too harsh or too forceful about achieving a biased conclusion. It is a very essential role of every organisation to negotiate with other parties. These parties could be their business partners, their suppliers, consumers, banks, or any other possible stakeholder.
